REFIT is a cardio/dance fitness concept. The goal of REFIT is to create connections between the class participants and/or the instructor with the hope that these connections will extend beyond the fitness experience. The REFIT concept is applied in a one-hour fitness class which combines dancing, toning, and aerobic movements with high-energy, positive, inspiring music and moves. Relational connections within a REFIT class leads to increased accountability with workouts, a healthier approach to calorie counting and weight loss, and a more satisfying fitness experience.
